If the return is defective related issue please submit a claim in the “Return” section listed down below. Please fill out the description or the reason it is being returned. Our customer service department will email you with the appropriate steps to return the mat.
If there is no issue and it is not defective please submit a claim in the “Return” section down below. Please fill out the description or the reason it is being returned. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and customer will have to be responsible for shipping.
All of our black standard sizes- 2’X3′ and 3’X5′ mats have 2 year limited warranty. Any other length and color are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable. No exceptions. All return claim must made within 10 business days upon receive the product. We cannot accept any returns for product purchased from other retail stores or websites. If you purchased the product from a retail store or other website please contact them for their return policy.
